I just found out I’m pregnant on Sunday…and the blood results confirmed it today.
I took my grandmother to the doctor’s on Wednesday, and while we were in the waiting room, she asked me if I was pregnant. I replied with an emphatic “No!”
We don’t want to tell friends or family until at least 12 weeks.
She went on to tell me that she had a dream the night before that I had a baby girl with beautiful red curls and that the baby looked just like her dad.
So of course I will be so freaked out in nine months if she dreamed correctly about the baby!
Any other weird pregnancy predictors or anything else someone predicted or mentioned at the right time?

I dreamed I was having a girl before I found out I was having a girl, but that’s all.

I had a few, yes
1. the very HOUR i found out I was pregnant my husband was at bible study and our Rabbi asked him if we were praying for children. Our Rabbi has NEVER mentioned children to us.
2. when I told my friend I was pregnant her repsonse was “I know. It happened while you were in colorado didnt it!” I nearly fainted. we concieved during our trip in colorado. I just couldnt believe it. my friend did not know we wanted children soon or that we were TTC. just that we wanted children “one day”
3. I text me mom one day asking if we could skype later. Her repsonse was “why, do you have exciting news for me? Do I have a grandchild”. my mom had no reason to think that, she didnt even know we wanted kids yet. I had never talked to her about us TTC. ha! when I told her the next day she said “I KNEW IT, a mother just knows, you will see LOL”

The thing that makes your stories crazy is the fact that no one knew you even wanted kids at that moment.
I have actually done everything I can to make people think that we don’t even know if we want kids. We received a lot of pressure early in our marriage, and I knew that sometimes it can take a long time to get pregnant. So, we tried to deflect the questions.
Her asking and dreaming about it now is so strange!

I actually had a dream that a coworker and his wife were expecting a baby girl. I went in the next day and he told me I was right! They were having another girl in October! It was so strange bc I had no reason to dream that. Pregnancy dreams are so weird!

privatequestions: 3 days before my BFP, my mom said “I have been feeling off lately, are you pregnant..” At which I replied “no” bc I honestly had no idea. She then just said “well you might wanna test”… freaked me out lol

I never had any strange predictions regarding my own pregnancy. A friend of a friend, though, called her and told her to take a test, and she was pregnant. Apparently this friend starts getting pregnacy symptoms HERSELF whenever one of her friends is pregnant, until she figures out who it is who is expecting.

Crazy! Have you ever predicted anything else from your dreams?

Did your mom know you were TTC?
My mom seems to just know about everything. I am hoping to really surprise her with this news, but I feel like moms always know!

privatequestions: Amazing! Congrats girl!
That is freaky! Dreams are so weird. One of my BMs just had a baby almost 2 weeks ago, she was convinced that they were having a boy, as was I. I had a dream they had a girl… and they did! hahaha, dreams are so funny sometimes!

This is a little unrelated because I had already been pregnant for a long time but was barely showing (small baby bump, but definitely not obvious to those who didn’t know me!). I was out shopping at Target and saw an elderly woman drop something on the ground. I bent down to help her pick it up and when she thanked me she said “you’re too kind. And you have a bun in the oven? Five months pregnant. With a boy.” Both my DH and I were floored. I wasn’t wearing anything to make my tiny bump obvious. She was absolutely right, spot on about the gender and how far along I was! This woman definitely has a sixth sense.
