I only drank a bottle of water today so far, peed once (prior to drinking the water). I probably won’t pee again for the rest of the day. I only ever go once or twice a day.

@mu_t:  FI always jokes that I am a camel. I don’t pee very often at all. Remind me not to go on a road trip with you 😉

I drink a lot of water too, and I pee every hour or hour and a half.  I think I have a small bladder :/  At least we’re well hydrated!!

Not a weird question! FI and I were just talking about this the other day. We were watching live tv (which is so rare – love me some dvr) and there was a commercial about meds you can take when you pee too much. Too much was 6, 7, 8 times a day.

That’s normal for both of us! We also drink tons of water – but we never thought it was a problem lol.

In the morning, once I “break the seal”, I’m done. I’ll keep going to the bathroom. If I don’t go (aside from first waking up), I’m pretty good for a while.

I pee ALL THE TIME. My H says I have the smallest bladder ever. I am only at 20oz of water today and I have gone 4 times at work and twice this morning when I woke up!

I drink a lot of water and seem to pee constantly, so I voted 10+.  Never really counted, though.

@mu_t:  You just described my life, lol. I find it so annoying when people pee constantly. I’m like, “cool, catch up with me later…I’m not interrupting my day 6 times because of you!” There are certain friends that I just won’t drive with because I like making good time and I can’t deal with the constant, “I need to pee! Pull over!” Gah! It reminds me of being around my nieces and nephews…but they are little kids, so that’s expected, lol.

Haha! I’m trying to get healthier too and my BF says that I need to drink more water. He says I should drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day.

That’s too much!! I mean, what am I supposed to do if I’m not even thirsty??

I think 4 to 5 glasses sounds much more realistic but honestly, I’m lucky if I can even manage 1 or 2 glasses a day :/

@mu_t:  It’s just because of all the water you’re drinking.  When I started drinking 1 gallon of water a day (throughout the day) I swear I was peeing at least every hour.  I think it will start to lessen as you get accustomed to that much water.  I don’t pee as much now as I did 2 months ago when I started drinking that much water. So no worries!

Of course, I’m also not back to my pee maybe twice a day that I was when I was only drinking like 4 glasses of water a day either.

I drink over a gallon of water a day, and I honestly pee probably once every hour/hour and a half. Your body WILL get used to drinking more water, and you’ll just develop an iron bladder that can get fantastically full without inducing panic. I can hold it forever and then just sit down and pee for like twenty seconds straight. Even at almost 7 1/2 months pregnant 🙂

And if I’m going on a road trip, I carefully restrict my water intake so that I don’t annoy anyone, haha. And then get totally dehydrated and get chapped lips and a headache. BUT AT LEAST I WASN’T THE ONE DEMANDING A BUNCH OF PEE BREAKS!

The more hydrated you are the more you pee – the less hydrated you are, the less you feel the need to drink, which means the less you need to pee. I drink a LOT of water, and I pee ALL THE TIME. Don’t worry 🙂
