Hmm…that is definitely a pretty rocky chart! Are you temping at the same time? Have you been sick, or anything like that?

Frequent urination can also be a symptom of your period (like for most PG symptoms, which makes it so much more confusing), and with that temp drop I wonder if maybe you had an anovulatory cycle?

Boo, that sucks. I would say based on your chart, you haven’t O’d yet. Do you track CM? That might help as well. I usually get those cramps you’re describing leading up to and right after O.

Also, I think I mentioned this to you before, but maybe think about using Wondfo’s for your OPKs….I feel like bees are always posting about the CB Advanced because it’s confusing. Wondfos are either a line, or no line: a lot easier to interpret.

My chart looks similar to yours this month but my last two were pretty nice and even. I temp vaginally but I have heard oral temping can be rocky since you might be sleeping with your mouth open. Or it might just be a weird month for you (and me!)

Daisylovex3:  Yes, same as oral, just a different location 😉

If its anovulatory, you won’t know until you get AF. You may just be having a long cycle.

Are your cycles normally around 30 days? I have annoyingly long cycles so I know how frustrating it is! But if you’ve been sick/stressed/traveling…it could have affected your ovulation.

Daisylovex3:

I’m agreeing with a lot of other with what other PPs have said:

1.) Temp vaginally, that may give you more consistent temps.

2.) WONDFOs are better for OPKs

3.) Progesterone, the hormone that takes the lead In the 2nd half of our cycles mimics & can give off so many pregnancy symptoms.

4.) Is your cycle regular for you or do you find that you never know when you’ll get AF?

5.) If it is an anovulatory cycle, those can be completely normal for many women, having 1-2 a year.

Sounds like you o’d CD 39 last month. Keep temping, Im sure you’ll see a change soon!

ETA- My cycles were super weird after coming off BCP. I have seen ladies on here be regular for 4 months and then all the sudden things go wacky and they have a few long cycles before regulating again. Its not unheard of!
