@julesbeeb:  I love your dream about Kate lol! I have honestly had a couple of odd ones, I’ve noticed they have usually been on days where I have been organising something wedding related and it’s been playing on my mind.

I have had a dream that when I walked into our church that the flowers were bright pink and yellow (our colours are peach, cream and white) and looked incredibly gourdy. I’ve also had dreams where FI has been the one running late so I would have to find somewhere to hide so he didn’t see me before I saw him. Just weird things like that 😛

Just saw this post and even though I’m not an August bride I just wanted to share that my FI woke up yesterday and told me he had a nightmare that we had a face painter at the wedding, lol.

I have had quite a few wedding dreams over the course of our engagement. All of them along the same thread.

They always take place on the wedding day (morning of or right before my walk down the aisle), and there is always some major detail I realize at that moment I have forgotten or something.

The most recent one was the flowers. I was standing at the top of the aisle realizing I never received my bouquet and all the bridesmaids have already walked down the aisle without their bouguets also.

I think I’ve been having more nightmares about weddings and relationship related things the past few weeks than I thought was possible. I guess I am unconsciously super anxious/stressed about the wedding!

I think my FI secretly enjoys hearing all these dreams/nightmares as he thinks everything will be perfect so I shouldn’t be worried. Well thats obviously easier said than done!

@julesbeeb:  I’m 8 months out and I’ve had sooo many bizarre e-ring dreams, like it would just burst and diamonds bounced all over the place, the center stone was missing, I shattered it, etc.  Each time I’d wake up and immediately reach for my ring and feel it in the dark to make sure it was intact!!!!

I think it’s because besides how much it means to me, I’ve never actually owned an expensive piece or jewelery.  I was super neurotic about it!!  Not so much anymore.

I’m just over a year out and I’ve already had two or three.  The most recent one was that my dad took the liberty of booking our honeymoon… so that he could come along!  It was myself, FI, my dad and his girlfriend.  In one suite.  At Myrtle Beach.

With my wedding 10 days away, the other night I had a dream that my late husband (we had a great marriage) brought an alligator to my upcoming wedding and scared everyone away.  Yeah, I gotta talk to someone to work through THAT one….lol….

Seriously though….I’m gloriously happy and know he would be too for me.
