I plan on putting food items that are made here in Detroit, along with water bottles, Advil, and possibly a little DIY brochure of things to do in the local area. Restaurants, movie theaters, cigar bars etc

I didn’t do them and have only ever been to one wedding that had them. I would recommend some type of snack though. I know it is always nice to have snacky foods at a hotel room.

I’m putting the following in mine for my wedding in Mexico.
Hangover recovery kits – advil, alka seltzer packets
Welcome note with weekend schedule
Travel size sunscren and sunscreen lip balm
Harbo Gummy Bears (my fav), Chocolates (his fave)
2 corona’s 1 lime
Snacks – not sure what, we are getting the items once we get there so will depend on the selection at the store.
Waters – if they fit! Might be too heavy/big for the bags and would rather put the beers and lime in them.

I think it depends on where your wedding will be. Rainforesty places bugspray is a must. Beachy places sunscreen is a must. Those are two big musts.

What I put in mine: bottle of water (personalized), individual size bag of pretzels, granola bar, tic tacs (personalized), hand fan (I sort of regretted not using those for the ceremony instead). I just thought about what I would like if I was staying somewhere

They’re some great info and tips on a board I put up earlier. For the most part it based on where you are having it. Hope it helps
