How about some “Disney” snacks/candies (think children’s snacks shaped like disney characters)? Maybe a little note from you guys thanking them for traveling.

I know I realistically don’t need to be thinking about these things so far out from what we’d like to put together, but here is the general overview of what an ideal bag would have in it for my destination: sunscreen, soda brand or fruit juice from the area, a bottle or two of local craft beer, a small snack from the area, a snack that represents where he grew up, a snack that represents where I grew up, a stamped postcard they can use to send to a friend or family member, an intinerary of any wedding events, and coupon books/tourist books for the area that might help them plan neat things on their vacation with us. If we pick the outdoor location that’s inside the national park nearby, then I’d also include a weekly pass into the park so they wouldn’t have to pay to get to the site.

I have lots of stuff in mine. We are doing a beach wedding but some things could still apply to you. I’m not doing sunscreen because I am positive everyone will bring their own to the beach. I think it would be a great idea to give to guests at Disney though. Some people might not even think about it. I think Disney post cards would be really nice as well.

Gum

Lip balm

aloe vera

Advil

Sudoku book, pencil

candy of some sort

small $1 bottles of lotion from bath and body works for the ladies (they have some with a picture of diamond ring on it so I thought that was cute).

Manicure set with nail file tweezers and some other items.

Koozie with the logo of FI’s (and most of our guests) alma mater.

We have lots of stuff, and I wish I could remember what else we got for them. I went to bath and bodyworks, michael’s dollar section, target dollar section, and also to dollar tree (a store where everything is actually a dollar)…I tried not to get a bunch of cheesy junk, but things that were practical and could actually come in handy. I think we are going to put granola bars in there as well. I’ll post more later when I get home. I can check and see what else I have in mine.
