- Wedding: April 2014
The most stressful part to me about the wedding is trying to make sure the timing is perfect. Pictures are my number one priority and I want to make sure, that weeks after the wedding I don’t think to myself “man I wish I would’ve gotten this picture.” We started to think about going the first look route so we would have time to take plenty of pictures, but we decided against it.
My dillemma is, I want to be able to take as many pictures as possible between the ceremony and the reception. Our venue hosts both, and so the guests will go straight from one to the other. We will be taking pictures in between, and I’m trying to decide if we will be doing a welcoming line after the ceremony as they are walking to the reception or not. I know how horrible they can be, but the one plus side that I see is that we don’t have to spend the whole reception walking from one table to the other..also, I figure if we welcome everyone as they are walking to the reception, they might not be so perturbed that we spend 30 minutes taking pictures.
What does everyone else think?
