Does anyone have a good example of a welcome letter for my out of town bags. I’m having a brain freeze on good wording and layout. My wedding is at the college where my fiance and I met and most of my guests are driving atleast 2 hours to be there. I’m including a bottle of water, mike and ike’s, granola bar, chips, advil and mints. Please share any ideas!!
Thanks in advance!!

Aloha Family and Friends!
Adam and I would like to thank you for traveling to share this special time with us. We greatly appreciate it and are thrilled you are here!
We’ve put together this welcome bag in hopes of making your stay a little more comfortable and enjoyable. In it you will find some treats from Adam’s hometown near Hershey Pennsylvania, some from Panama City, and a few treats from Hawai’i.
For those of you who want to do more than soak up the sun, there are a wide range of activities available in the area. Within a short distance you can golf, shop, dive, fish, sail, get a massage, or whatever floats your boat! We want you to enjoy your time here. We’ve placed some information in this bag, and the hotel concierge would be happy to fill you in on whatever other information you might want.
Please join us Friday evening for dessert and drinks at our Welcome Party! We get to see you all so rarely, that we want to be able to spend as much time together as possible. The party starts at 8pm, so grab yourself some dinner and join us after at the BoatYard! (Directions included in the bag).
Reminder! The wedding ceremony begins at 5pm. Please go through the hotel lobby to pick up your wedding program and then continue on to the beach. Its takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel lobby to the beach – PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY!
Should you need to contact us, please call John (850-8xxxxxxx) or Mary (850-xxxxxxxx).
