Great thread…

There is indeed something nice about a Winter`s Morning… when you are half awake and someone else has crawled out of bed, and you snuggle into their “loving warm spot” now left vacant in the bed.

Ya…

Phillip Seymour Hofman died… terrible tragedy.

The Broncos were blown off the field (another tragedy ?)

The GroundHog couldn`t make up his mind

(US Groundhog saw his shadow, said 6 more weeks of winter… we have 3 Groundhogs in Canada… the most famous Wiarton Willie agreed with Punxsutawney Phil… and the other 2 disagreed and said we`ll have Spring soon…)

And Valentines…

Lol, Hon that is NEXT WEEK (not this one)

So ya another not so great February Day… pour yourself a HOT ONE … just 27 more days until March.

@Nona99:  Best visual ever! Its pretty sad when the warmest day of the week is actually still cold! Ugh!! I hope winter ends soon! The cold makes it increadibly hard to get out of bed in the morning.

@Nona99: LOL! Good thing the hoodie was there! My office is also freezing so I bought one of those small heaters for under my desk and I turn it on quite frequently

@Nona99: Oh, the Bronco Blowout. FI’s still texting me at work about that! The first thing on the news when we woke up was the game. And he was so excited to finally wear his Manning jersey for the Superbowl…

@Nona99:  LOL! I also work at an insurance company. We were all given a space heater to put under our desk but need to make sure they are turned off at the end of the night. We also cant all have them on at once or we blow a fuse. It would look pretty bad if an insurance agency burnt down because of it! I still wear two sweaters a day here even with the heater!

Ugh I am work freezing right now too. My feet feel like two ice blocks, typing isn’t easy when my fingers are numb. I have on wool socks, layers etc.. I turned up the heat in our office to “80 F” seems to be doing nothing but making large obnoxious clinking noises from the ancient radiator. I do work in a lab though, might be time to go do some work in my walk-in 35 C (95 F) incubator to warm up. Our windows are awful, let in all the cold. I’d love to go home and curl up in bed right now. No space heaters allowed here either.
