I have found 2 dresses that I absoultely LOVE! Funny thing is they really don’t have anything in common. They are in relatively the same price bracket which doesn’t really matter all that much. But I just wanted to get some opinions on which one you guys like better. Hopefully this works since this is my first post on here and I don’t really know what I’m doing!
Side note: everyone who went shopping with me (my mom, MOH/future sister-in-law, and cousin burst into tears when they finally put the veil on me with the second dress so they’re convinced its “THE Dress”) Yes, I know its a decision that I really need to make on my own with whats more comfortable and what I like best or whatever but I just want a little input on what others think :]
and dress 2

You look great in both of them and usually i pick dresses with more bling on them. But, I actually like #1 on you more. I love the way the skirt flows on you, and I actually like the V neckline for you. But more important is how you feel!

For me, dress o e doesn’t really have Ny oomph to it. And maybe I’m biased bc my dress has a beaded bodice, but I love that part of dress two!

They’re both lovely dresses. I like the first one better, but like you said, they’re pretty different, so I think that’s just a matter of my own personal style. They both look good on you. 🙂 Is it an option to get both and wear one for the ceremony and the other for the reception?

I like both but I am a sucker for detailing so #2 won my vote

@MrsBucket2B: I would say dress 2. I gives you a beautiful shape and it’s a gorgeous dress. Good Luck!

The ceremony and reception are in the same place (ceremony outside and reception inside weather permitting) so I’m pretty much planning on one dress and if I DO change it will probably be from my wedding dress to a sun dress or something more comfort and dance-able 🙂 We’re doing a pretty casual reception so no need for another fancy dress.

the beading/detail on dress #2 won me over too.. that’s my vote. Beautiful! 🙂

I think they both look great on you. Do you think with the first one you would be uncomfortable with the cleavage? (I wear what my husband calls “boob shirts” all the time around friends, but am self conscious if I wear low cut things around his parents as they are very conservative.)

I really like #1, it is classic and elegant. I think #2 is ok, the detailing is nice but I think the dress kind of wears you were as dress dress #1, you are wearing the dress.

I’ve learned to live with “the girls” and both of our families know that it’s like mission impossible to keep them covered 24/7 haha I didn’t really think about the cleavage all that much because I thought I was pretty contained but I might have to reconsider that part. I’m pretty sure neither side would find it offensive.

You can’t go wrong with either, they are both lovely on you but I’ve got to say number 1 does it for me, its just so simple, classic and elegant. I think its timeless and the kind of dress that will never look old fashioned in your wedding photos.

Personally, I prefer the style of dress #1.

of these two dresses number one is the nicest and flatters you best. Personally if you choose to go with dress one I would added a bling sash.
