Did you all miss me? :-) You probably didn't even notice I haven't been here since Thursday!

The good news is, I got completely moved, thanks to my great in-laws and some terrific friends who I bribed with breakfast treats. They moved our whole apartment in about 2 hours, and I have spent the past few days unpacking everything.

DH will be home Saturday or Sunday, depending on the last few games. I am so nervous and excited for him to get here. I haven't seen him in three months, and he has NEVER seen our new place! Haha! The joys of being in an long distance marriage.

Hope everyone has been well, and I have missed you all!

P.S. How have I not had DVR yet?! It is my new best friend. I would marry it if I wasn't already legally bound to someone else!

Hello! I did notice that you haven't been here! I guess since I"m here more I'm getting used to seeing the same bees posting on a regular basis.

I hear you on the DVR thing. I grew up without cable and when FI and I moved in together he got cable and a DVR. It has been 2 years and I still can't get over how COOL it is to record TV and watch it later, plus the ability to fast forward through commercials!

I'm glad you're all moved and that DH is coming home soon. Be sure to save a few boxes for him ;) I'm super jealous of your DVR, we steal cable (shhh!), so we don't have any fancy gadgets, it make me sad ;)

@Lindsay12.31.2010: I missed you!!! And yes the DVR is awesome. I'm sad we won't have one in the UK, but according to my FI there's nothing we really would want to record there. We'll see about that, I'm sure I can find some really great things to record!

Glad you got the new place all set up and I'm sure he'll love it.

My FI comes home late tonight (or tomorrow) depending on if work makes him miss his flight.

After he comes back this time the next time he leaves for the UK we'll be married and I go with him!
