I need help picking out a wedding band! FH and I went band shopping for me again today and I finally have some options! Last time I didn’t find anything I liked that wasn’t more then 2k out budget is 5 all the picks today are in budget! YAY But so typical for us the ones I like FH hates and the ones he liked I don’t.
My ring will be in yellow gold.1 My fav from shopping today
#1– The least expensive/ diamonds. FH HATES it and thinks it could get damaged easily. It could get damaged if I was doing something CRAZY with it on but I take my rings off as soon as I get home– cheapest at 350
#2 I saw this one on the website once we got home and I think it might be the best of both! FH said it was ok (which is good enough for me) also the most expensive at $500
#3 the one I really liked online but once I saw it in person/ tired it on I hated it. FH’s fav– not really a option for me but he’s paying and wanted me to add it to the poll.
#4 I really LOVE this style of rings! So pretty and it takes up a big chunk of my finger which I wanted! FH hates it equal to #1.

Opps! Totally forgot to load it! While i was typing I deleted the WHOLE thing by accident I was trying so hard not to delete it again i forgot!

Hm.. I would go with 2.. because it seems to be a style you like, it looks “sturdy” for your crazy moments 🙂 and because it’s the most visually “large” one of the three that have the same design.

ps, they are all beautiful!

@mishelleez: I’m sorry….but I like # 3 the most!

I really like 1 & 4 the best – they are really beautiful! I think they both look very feminine (their daintiness maybe why he worries about their sturdiness) and the two your Fi likes have much bolder lines and angles (which I don’t love, but are still pretty). I know it’s nice to be able to cross tasks off the lists (and stop worrying about which ring), but you still have quite a few months left and I would consider looking for a better compromise, something you both love… I would want my Fiance to love my wedding band, but I also wouldn’t want to settle on a ring I don’t love (though, like I said all of them are definitely pretty!)

I think you should get your favorite. After all, you’re wearing it. I don’t see why my husband has to love what I wear! I never did, he just has no opinion on these things. Then again, he told me my new ring looks like it came from a cracker jack box and i told him he doesn’t know anything about jewelry…=]

It sounds like 2 would be the best for your situation — the style you like with the substance your FI likes.
I voted for 3 anyway because for my personal taste, I prefer 3 best of all of them. But my “real” vote (i.e., for YOU) is for 2. 🙂
4 is adorable, but I am far too traditional. I’d wear that as a right hand ring, though.

@Pwitty: Because I am getting yellow we really have to order within a month to ensure it will be here in time 🙁 I hope they have #2 when we go tomorrow and he likes it
The part that bothers me the most on #2 is where the ring splits…. It looks like webbed feet!
ejs4y8 –FH and I NEVER agree when we pick out anything. He didnt really like my e-ring ( I picked out the setting) So i thought it would be nice to give him a say on this;)

I like them all except number 3. I don’t prefer the way the diamonds look chanel set. Get what you like.

Which one does your e-ring work the best with? I really like #4, but then I love yellow gold.
I think you should get your favourite, since you will be wearing it!
That said however…# 3 is my personal preference.. sorry!!

Get the one you like best–he won’t be wearing it. 😉 That said, I like 3 best. 😉 1 as second choice.
