I went to 2 local seamstresses, one who is reputable I found and then one that would have altered my Allure gown if i wold have gotten it. The bridal salon gave me her number a while ago… I do not know what to do! They said it looks like it was made incorrectly/poorly. Doesnt make me feel any better. I had a feeling that it was but the DB crew kept insisting it was ok. Nothing fixable. Boo for today! Maybe I will win a dress at the Bridal Fair today!!!

I’m not following! You have a Davids dress and two seamstresses working on it?

@mink: No I got 2 seamstresses opinion today.. sry. DB said they cannot fix what I need to be fixed and so did the seamstresses. AND if I do take it to someone else and they do mess up DB will not touch it after once it has been altered by someone else

what are you wanting fixed? (i may have missed another post of yours…)

This is quite the ongoing saga.

I have a number for a seamstress that used to work with Suzanne at Suzanne’s Bridal if you want it. I heard she is very good. I am calling her today to alter my daughters dress.

I think I missed previous posts about this as well. What is wrong with the dress? And what do you want fixed?

Haha sorry ladies… my right side of my cup is uneven and lays wrong. Drives me nuts!!!
@luvmyDwight: That’d be great! Probably better tha DB and cheaper right?
Here is a pic
One side is higher. I LOVE my dress but this just irks me. Then it lays wrong, the fold is “off”
See how the bigger cup does not fold over right?? Maybe I need to stop being picky but I just dont want it bothering me anymore…. sorry for all the drama
