I'm in the opposite boat. The condo I'm selling closes today provided they don't back out on the last remaining condition! I'm on pins and needles.

we actually got word that our closing date was moved up! happy dance!! we're closing march 29.

it's such an exciting, nerve-wracking feeling!
we closed on our house 8/25/09... a day after we were engaged! needless to say, i was on an adrenaline high from all of the exciting things happening...

We're hoping to close the last week of April, but won't get an actual date until the renovations are complete and they can get in and do the appraisal
