I am so excited!

Yesterday, Cam and I were emailing back and forth and basically decided going on vacation this year just wasn't practical - we're too broke for that. He also told me not to expect a ring until fall, but that's an entirely different post ... not trying to ruin my excitement!

Anyway - around 9:30 I get a text from facebook saying his mom wrote something on my wall and it said:"HEY ALISHA! YOU'RE GOING TO FLORIDA!! We're leaving 3/11 in the eve. We're staying at this gorgeous timeshare. I'm so excited."

And I'm excited, too! I feel so blessed and awesome that his family thought to include me on a vacation and that I'll be in Florida for my birthday for another year (it seems to be an accidental pattern bc it falls on springbreak every year ...) and I'll get to celebrate it with amazing people and also Cam's brother, who shares my birthday!!

EEP! I was just bursting with excitement and had to share it with the hive!!

That's so exciting you're getting married two days after we leave! We'll be in Cape Canaveral at the Ron Jon Cape Caribe Resort. Where in Florida do you live? I've been there quite a few times - and I loooove it! So jealous!

I live in Panama City Beach! Ever been here?! It's Spring Break Capital! I like it here, but sometimes I just wish it wasn't soooo humid during the summer! I've never been to Cape Canaveral...have fun! :)

I've never been there, actually! It's been talked about in the past but the spring break it really would have made sense I decided to stay up here instead! It was my 21st birthday ... and I just wanted to be with more people I knew ... since I'm out of College now spring break has lost some of it's charm!

I've stayed at the Ron Jon resort before, but it was right after it opened, so I'm not sure if anything has changed since then (in a good way..a bunch of parts weren't open yet). The Cape is a neat area. Love taking trips!!
