sounds delicious!!! I love BBQ and a BBQ in the mountains sounds lovely!!
Yummmmmmm, sounds perfect to me! Everyone I know would love to eat BBQ!
That sounds faboo - can I come????
(can't get good BBQ in ireland...shocking, I know...)
We are too! My fiance and I went to Kerrville, TX and in 4 days tried three different BBQ places. (Which he was super excited about) PawPaw's won, hands down! We are so excited - I cannot wait to eat the sausage again!
We are having BBQ too! We are also having fried chicken, baked beans, and coleslaw with sweet tea! Everyone that has heard about it is so looking forward to it.
we are having bbq too! i think it's great for casual outdoorsy weddings :)
Mmm sounds good! Better than some of the other stuffy wedding food I have had!
We are too!
Actually we're on a BBQ team so they'll prepare it for us and then the caterer who's doing sides and such will serve it.
Yum! I dreamed of having a BBQ wedding :) Its going to be delicious!
We're having a pig roast for ours! It's one of my favorite parts as well. The meal is very casual... so looking forward to it! :)
Wow! It's amazing how many people are having BBQ at their weddings...I already like you people :)
We're having BBQ also, but instead of getting it from a BBQ joint we're just getting smoked meat from a grocery caterer (awesome food) and then going around town to get like 20 different sauces.
Living in Kansas City BBQ is all about the sauce and everyone has a different idea of what's the best sauce.
Haha, as one of the few posters from the North- we are having BBQ at our wedding, too! The rest of the ceremony is formal and whatnot, but we are foodies and there is an awesome BBQ place that we love. We figured that good food was more important than the traditional 'wedding food' options. We're having brisket, pulled pork, ribs, cornbread, beans, slaw- the works. I am trying to find a custom bib retailer to make wedding bibs for us, but I don't want to spend a crazy amount on throw away plastic. Any ideas on that front?
We are having BBQ as well!!!! We both love some nice smoked meat I mean come on who doesn't =) And also we are going to have different sauces too. We are from upstate NY. So it's all different kinds up here lol.

yes! that is right!! we're hauling out the smoker (well, not us, the caterer) and making some BBQ!! I think that is the most exciting part of our wedding...aside from the whole getting married part. we LOVE LOVE BBQ and couldn't think of any better food to serve at our casual mountain wedding. so awesome.
