Right now I want to cry! The Realator found us a house in a location that didn't qualify for the original USDA loan, now we have to apply for a House Key Loan, and take an extra home buyers class...and she had us do the offer already. I am afraid this won't go through in time and they want waaaay more information than the other Guy who approved us for the first loan.
I'm stressing out! = (
Thanks! I feel better today now that I've talked to DH and had some sleep. = )

Well...we found a house we like yesterday so we are making an offer! It will need a little cosmetic work, but we are very hopeful that we'll get it!
In the mean time, we plan to keep looking at others until we get a definite answer. = )
