Ah! I forgot our florist - Paula Wertman. My bouquet weighed like 8 pounds but it was so gorgeous I didn't even care. Everything from the boutonnieres to the cake was incredible!
Congrats!

Hi Bees! So I'm officially a married Bee - made it official on the 15th and everything was more perfect than I could have dreamed! I'm a Tucson bride but I live in Phoenix so I have some vendor reviews - would love to give a shout out to those that made our day the best it could have been!
Invitations: Paperjoy in Phoenix. Lydia at Paperjoy helped me design the most beautiful invitations - I wanted something very simple with no inserts (we did website RSVPs) yet elegant and in our colors and she created the most beautiful product. She's very responsive to emails and suggestions and had a relatively quick turnaround time for the end product. I would absolutely recommend her for any and all paper needs.
Photographer: Solaris Photography (Lupita Ramirez) in Tucson. Lupita was absolutely incredible! My mother had hired another photographer for earlier in the day and Lupita was very courteous and professional about it. She made us feel very at ease during the photos and we were totally able to relax and have fun. I haven't gotten the official prints back but from what she let us preview, the pics are AMAZING! During the planning process, she was very responsive and helpful at making suggestions.
Cake: Ambrosia of Tucson: Jaynie at Ambrosia made us the most DELICIOUS cake I have ever consumed. It was even better than the original tasting we had with her. In terms of professionalism, she can be a little hard to get ahold of and don't expect a high-tech business ... but if you want a truly delicious, beautiful, reasonably-priced cake ... Ambrosia should be your first stop!
DJ: Andy DePew with Satyr Entertainment (Tucson): We hired Andy without ever even meeting him. He met with my MOH and she thought he was great so we sent the deposit right away. Boy was she right! Andy was the perfect DJ for the kind of party we wanted - not heavy on the mic, great set up, very responsive to our ideas for the playlist and kept the party going later than I thought it would go! All our guests commented on how great the music was - he had everything from the dances, to the toasts and cake perfectly timed. I can't say enough good things about him ... HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Venue: Tucson Country Club. We were fortunate enough to know members here that agreed to host us for the event (non-members can't hold events here unfortunately). Cindy West was the most kind, patient and wonderfully organized coordinator a bride could ask for. She was full of helpful suggestions and helped make every bit of our day gorgeous.
I'll post pics as soon as I get them in a few days!
