I wanna share my excitement......and see what everyone else is doing.
Yayyyy, that's awesome! I love having new spaces to decorate and make my own. It's especially exciting that you'll be doing it together. DH and I moved in together last year after we got engaged. A couple months after the engagement, I bought a house, so it made sense for him to move in too and help pay the mortgage. It's been really nice to make our little house home with lots of personal touches and updates. You're going to have such a great time with yours!
@elaineathon: Thanks!! I am really happy that you understand the excitement. :) The decorating is going to be soooooooooo fun. I can't wait for the gifts to start coming in so that I can use them.
Congrats!! I think I've finally talked FI into apartment living, and we are hoping to be in one by the end of the year! yay! I can't wait!!

Congratulations!! Im soo excited for you! Im in the same boat myself. FI and I are moving in together in a little less than a month! YAY us!! the wedding is in January and is going to be a destination wedding, so we dont want to come back in the middle of winter and have to move! We will have been living together for about 4months before the wedding! eeek. We also got a 2bd/2bath apartment but now we are thinking about switching to a 1bd/1bath to save a little more money- hopefully we can find a nice 1bd/1bath in the same complex before september 1st. One good thing about moving in before setting up our registery is that we will know exactly what we need and what will fit best in our apartment :)

FI and I decided to snuggle into apartment living for now. We're making our big move in exactly two weeks from today! I am so excited that we are finally moving in together. We decided to do it now, almost exactly 2 months before the wedding, because I don't want to be in the final/hectic stages of wedding planning AND moving.
I can't wait. We have a nice two bed/two bath apartment. I can't wait to start getting things off of the registry to decorate with. I would really love to just start buying things, but you never know what people will get you and you can decorate for free!!
