Weddingbee boards

We are narrowing donw our venue for our Aug/Sept wedding this year - our first choice in the Westchester area is slightly out of our budget, though we are still trying to negotiate with them. After looking at many places, we've narrowed down our second choice to either Scarsdale women's club (aka Rowsley Estate) with Jean-Jacques catering and Crabtree Kittle house.  We have pros and cons about each.

Has anyone looked at both and more specifically chose one over the other? Why?  What were your thoughts that made you like one less or more?  Having trouble deciding between the two so just looking for other thoughts on comparisions
