Yay!! Welcome to the May 2010 board! It's (holy crap) just about 7 months away! What have you booked so far?

Thats great! You can still get a lot done in that time! I'm also getting married in May 2010 and wish it would come sooner! I guess with a DW its earier cause its all already done! now I'm just working on my DIY projects!
We're off to a decent start.....we've booked the venue (ceremony and reception), put a down payment on the photographer, I have my dress, STDs should be done by the end of the week, know where we'll be getting out cake, flowers, and having the rehearsal dinner. I'm giving my BMs a color and letting them pick their own dresses. So not bad I suppose.
Congrats!!! That's very exciting that the date has been moved up! Good luck with all the planning!

Wow, I was getting nervous moving my wedding up by two months! I'm sure you'll get tons of help/inspiration from this site; I know I sure did.

We've moved it up again.....getting married in 3 days!!! We'll still have the family wedding on May 22nd but by Sunday afternoon I'll be a Mrs. 
Oh wow, I just read the last post!! Congrats!!!! If you don't mind me asking, why the "sudden" decision to move up the date??
I was also engaged on July 25! and very close friends of ours are getting married on 5/22/10...ironic ;)

When he proposed on July 25th we decided to wait until May 2011 to get married so we could pay cash for everything. But we found an amazing place that was a great price and other things have fallen into place so he asked me if I wanted to get married on May 22, 2010!!! So exciting and kind of scary. So I'm a newbie on this board and need all the help I can get!!!
