I think there have been at least one or two destination weddings brides, but I could be dreaming! :) Anyhow, I'm not planning a DW, but I agree–it would still be neat to hear about one from a Bee.
i think miss lovebird is a dw bee...having her wedding in cancun! can't remember if there are others tho...
Yep, Miss Lovebird is a DW bee...her resort is the Dreams Cancun. I remember because our 'finalists' are the Dreams Tulum and Grand Palladium. The Dreams Cancun is gorgeous, we just ruled it out because we were looking for more restaurants at our resort.
I think that's it though. Maybe it's because with a DW there's not as much to do to plan for the wedding so there's less blog's about it? IN any case, we definitely need more DW bees. I mean, who wouldn't like to see more pictures of Mexico in the middle of February? 
Mrs. Ant was also a DW bee, as was Mrs. Lily, I think.
I know that there are a lot of people that apply to be Bees, but not many of them are DW brides. Maybe you could start a blog about your planning process? 
Mrs. Ant got married in Jamaica so that was another DW Bee.

And thanks for the suggestion dahlia but I'm not the blogging type. I just like reading others to get the great ideas!
Ms Lovebird we're still not sure. We're waiting on quotes from our travel agent but more then likely we'll go with the Grand Palladium. Almost ALL of my family is coming so FH wanted a bigger resort so he could 'escape' them if need be..lol.
AmandaRyan, I am a DW bride also and I feel ya! It would be great to have more DW bees.

Hopefully Mrs. Bee still takes the time to read the boards (since I can't figure out how to send a message...lol) but I would LOVE to see a destination wedding bee! We recently changed our wedding to one in Mexico and found I've been reading WeddingBee less and less as most of the posts don't apply to us. So Mrs Bee, if you're planning on adding more Bees, please, please, PLEASE make one of them a DW bee!
