It's hard to see the detail on your (very beautiful!) dress, but I think the first one would match better.
I would say pick only two out of the three accessories you are thinking of, as you will probably want the dress to be the focal point.
If you were to go with the necklace, I would say go either hairpiece, or a smaller drop earring to balance things out.
If you were to forgo the necklace, do the hairpiece and your larger drop earrings.
If it were me, I'd probably do the latter :)

I need help picking out accessories! My dress has a lot of rhinestone beading on it and I'm not sure if wearing a necklace will look like too much (I wear necklaces everyday and feel kind of naked with out one though). Also, if I wear a necklace should it be larger with rhinestones or small and simple. My bridesmaids will also be wearing rhinestone necklaces so I don't want to be overdone by them. As of right now I already bought large drop rhinestone earrings but I can always buy smaller ones. I'm also not sure about wearing a rhinestone hair piece. Please give me your opinions!
