I love the tags you’ve posted!  What about adding something antique-y like a skeleton key to each?  You could even spray paint the keys to match your wedding decor: pink and gold.

You could also consider tent-style escort cards, but give them a vintage flare by using tea-stained vintage book pages and incorporate skinny ribbon/bows in your theme colors.  Use a gold felt pen for the writing in cursive?  A very, vey fine blush pink glitter?

You could also buy a stamp that has a similar image to the one on the tags you’ve posted and stamp tea-stained tent-style cards with a tea-stained ink – then cursive write the names in gold and blush pink pens.

Or embellish with lace, like the pretty ones below!

We are having a “batimore” themed wedding. I got a big poster of the Baltimore Skyline and cut it up evenly into rectangles. I mounted the rectangles on black cardstock and left a small enough border to write each guests name. On the back of the card I wrote the table where they will be sitting. Then I pieced the poster back together. Since there was the small cardstock boarder it gave a cool broken effect to the poster. To mount it I just used small straight pins and stuck them into a foam core poster board.

How did you cut the rectangles evenly?

Oh and I almost forgot. I saw this idea and loved it, however the more I looked into it, the more I realized it may not be in my budget. BUT if you have brooches already you could work with it. You don’t have to stick with just flowers. You could find brooches all in one color as well. I think vintage looking pins would work well with your theme. Pearl and gem brooches would look beautiful.

I saw it on the knot. I measured/drew everything out on the back of the poster and took it to a printing stop to be cut. They have the industrial sized paper cutters.

Feel free to take the idea. You could probably do it with anything and it would look awesome.
