I use “hot off the press” by Paul Mitchell and I love it! I like how it doesn’t make my hair look or feel greasy like alot of other sprays tend to do.

Ebrown0507:  It’s a little on the pricy side (about $16 a bottle) but it lasts quite awhile. I usually buy it when it’s on sale for buy one get one half off.

I feel like heat protectant doesn’t really do anything, but I use it because my hair is really long and I heat style it. I do think my hair feels silkier when I use a protection spray.

I currently use MoroccanOil heat protection spray:

I used to use Tresemme keratin smooth heat spray, and think it’s pretty much the same:

My hair stylist got me hooked on Macadamia Healing Oil. A small bottle lasts me pretty long (6 months and over)? I have pretty fine hair though so he recommended only two sprayfulls in my hand and run it through my hair regardless of whether I style it or not. If you have thicker hair maybe switch to the pump formula instead of the spray. Plus it smells amazing.
