I use Bose earphones. They have silicone tips that come in different sizes so you can really get the perfect snug fit in your ear. They don’t move no matter how far I run! Unfortunately, being Bose, they are kind of expensive. Like $90

Beats by Dre work for me.. also come with extra tips so you can pick a suitable size for your ear.

I don’t remember how much they cost, but they weren’t cheap.

I like the ones with the rubber expanding ear pieces! I think they’re bad for your ears, though…

I’d recommend something like this. Still lightweight, but they go over your ears and are a lot more secure when you’re running.

ETA: You can get these for around $10.

@sweetchiquita12: I usually get earbud headphones like this:

They’re 500 million times better than the earbuds that come with ipods (why do they even make those anymore?) because they fit into your ears and stay put. I basically get some mid-line ones at Walgreens and they’re usually $10-20.

@iarebridezilla: I hear amazing things about Bose, but usually end up using my earphones so much that I destroy them every couple of months. Are those earbuds like indestructible? Otherwise, I can’t imagine spending so much on earphones! Though I’m sure the sound quality is much, much better.

@lookingforadvice77:  I’ve had mine for several years now and they still work great! The sound quality is fantastic, and more importantly, there is ZERO sound bleed to the outside. So you can crank up your ABBA workout mix as loud as you want and nobody else in the gym will have any idea you’re listening to “Dancing Queen” Wink

@sweetchiquita12:  LOL for sure — if I want to listen to showtunes on the subway, that’s between me and God Wink
