I would love a spa day but I def want dancing to be involved!
Mine was last Saturday and im still recovery today! We went to Legals for dinner then to a male encounters, I got a lap dance on stage, it was fun! Then we went out dancing! We cabbed alot but i wish we would of had a limo
I guess I should mention that I need to keep it fairly "clean" since FI's cousin will be attending and she is a very sweet, innocent 21 year old. We're in our 30's and can handle strippers and bar crawls, but I don't want to traumatize her with that!
I think we are going to wine taste in the afternoon, have a fun dinner and then dance at a local place that has live music on friday nights.
Since I"m having a small DW, my MOH is gettin the girls attending my wedding together for a mani/pedi day...and she's including mimosas! I'm so excited!
For my bachelorette party, we did a spa morning and then dinner/drinking. For the bachelorette party that's coming up for my friend, we're doing a whole weekend (a night in cocktails and a movie, then New York City the next day including limo/dinner/drinks).
mine is this saturday and im so excited! we are going to denver and having dinner at the hard rock then going out dancing/drinking!
I'm actually refusing to let anyone but me plan my bachelorette - or hen do, as we call it here- such is my fear of nasty rubber "appliances" , L plates and all the other cheap and nasty that shows up for these things!
So my plan is a weekend away, reasonable hotel. Dinner & live music of some sort the first night, spa treats on second day, and dinner then comedy gig the second night!
It often seems to happen that not everyone can come on one particular night, so with two nights to choose from it tends to work out. Those feeling flush will come for both nights.
One of my good friends and I are getting married within a month of each other so we are putting ours together. We're from ME so we are going to rent a bus/limo (depending on people coming) And go out in boston for the night.
I'm going camping! My friend has a huge plot of land on a lake so we're all going to campu out for 2 nights. BBQ, play in the lake, huge fire at night etc. We'll get a few kegs and just have a fun girls weekend. I wanted to make sure it was something easy that wouldn't break the bank for people.
Mine was a weekend in Miami Beach. It was SO FUN... I loved being with all my girls. We layed out by the pool, drank, gossiped, ate yummy food, went clubbing at night! It was perfect! 
We're going to my family's cottage for the weekend. It's on a lake and beautiful. We're going to BBQ and drink and play cards and be lazy!
My MoH mentioned LASER TAG then a sleepover. I'm thrilled and can't wait!
Beach house would be awesome!
We're doing a joint bachelor/ette party with pizza first, then a burlesque club, which was what I insisted on because I am a huge fan of burlesque.
I voted for Spa Day, Wine Tasting & other.
What I would love love love to do is go out with all my girls getting manis and pedis and then going back to someone's house for DIY wine tasting and a sleepover! I think it would be too expensive to go on a weekend or even overnight trip somewhere - so this would be the next best thing!
We're going to Fire Island for the weekend. It was supposed to be a surprise location but a few people spilled the beans. I have to do my best to act surprised or my MOH will freak out!
Vegas in two weeks! Lounging by the pool, floating on our rafts in the lazy river, drink drink drink, eat eat eat and going to a club or two :) I am actually more excited about our 4 hour drive there...it's going to be a blast.
We are doing dinner then a photo scavenger hunt around the city. My MOH is preggers and gets super tired, so after that is done the rest of us will go dancing!
Just hanging out at a local beer bar on the beach. I don't want anything crazy but it'll be nice to hang out with friends while the FI and his groomsmen are in Vegas.
I originally wanted to do a Pole Party, but from what I hear it's not as easy as it looks! Instead, I plan on doing a Lap Dance party. Think that will be a lot more entertaining (and useful in the future 
). Most of my friends will be coming from out of town so I would like to get a Party Bus and also do dinner & clubbing after.
Mine is tomorrow and we're spending the weekend at the beach. There will likely be lots of food and booze involved. I was hoping to get some time in the sun but it looks like the weather isn't going to be the best.
We are going to bingo (yes, I am 25 and LOVE bingo!) and then out to karaoake. It is going to be on a Wednesday since I took the whole week off of work and everyone going are out of towners for the most part. I am excited!

but i voted for spa day.. i think spa day followed by ordering in and drinking wine sounds great actually because then its a full day-o-fun and any of the girls that have to head out to family can do so and some that still want to party can stay up.
We're going out to dinner at a chiago style pizza place and then we're going back to a friend's house for a gift opening, dessert and drinks. my request was for everybody to bring sweats and comfy pjs to wear after dinner so we could all be comfortable!!
a spa day and dinner sounds fantastic to me! and a night full of dancing too :D i have no idea what my sister will plan... we are not a crazy bunch so i'm guessing something laid back, relaxing and fun !
I actually have no IDEA what I am doing. My MOH is planning the entire thing with my bridesmaids and apparently it is a surprise. Soooo I will let you know on August 14 :).
we are having a joint Jack/Jill party- it is on Halloween, so we are doing a costume party :)

My MOH has started planning and throwing out suggestions. I would like to do a weekend getaway but I know that is a big cost and time commitment and some of my friends have kids/families. Here are some options, what would YOU (as a guest) like to do?
spa day
wine tasting (we live in a great area for that so it's a pretty common thing, but always fun)and lunch/dinner
comedy club at night after dinner
tea house, lunch, shopping
I'm trying to keep it somewhat cost effective but still fun. Any other ideas?
