I would love to hear your ideas! I am doing alot of DIY cause I am crafty. I am at 34 DIY projects so far! Everything from centerpieces, menu, invites etc.
What are you doing to save money on your wedding?

I’m making my own cake/cupcakes. Im making my own blinged out vases, photo frames, candles, coffee filter roses, isle markers (the round fower balls hanging on shepherds hooks) and floral arrangements for the front of the gazebo (outdoor wedding). This stuff alone is saving us 2500.00 +
Photo for candles and vases below, the photo frames will be the same and hold pics of us, table and food info etc… and a coffee filter rose, which is what I will fill the vases with.

I’m making my own menus, centerpieces, wedding decorations for the reception and outdoor gazebo where our ceremony will be held. Also making my own ring bearer pillow and flower girl basket.
I’m still debating on making my own invitations.

I’ve made my own invitations, ring bearer pillow, flower girl basket, bouquets, floral arrangements, decorations, and veil. We are doing a buffet reception, so I’m having a few trusted family members (who are awesome cooks) make a couple dishes each. My aunt is making my cupcakes and our cake for the cutting ceremony. My other aunt is a terrific pianist and will be playing the music during the ceremony. We also had no church fee or reception hall fee =)
