Most of my sides are gone, but I made turkey broth and have picked the carcass clean to make Michael Chiarello's turkey soup recipe.

What is everyone else doing with their leftovers?

I vacuum sealed the turkey and the ham and froze them in smaller packages.  other than that everything is gone.

All of ours were gone by Thanksgiving night. At my parent's we traditionally eat around noon and then feast on leftovers all day, non-stop. Between the actual meal that had 11 of us, then round 2, followed by my DH, brother and his FI, and my cousin hanging out, we had the fridge emptied by 1:00AM. At least we had pumpkin pie left over!

I seriously ate a turkey sandwich for breakfast. LOL

We are planning on eating the turkey, potatoes, and green beans for supper tonight, then probably tossing the little we have left!

I just had some turkey and gravy over bisquick biscuits. Mmmm. I ate some pie for breakfast :-) I think we've cleaned up all of the leftovers by today.

The turkey soup smells soooo good.  You boil the carcass to make the broth, then pick off all the meat.  You use chopped up veggies, and here's the kicker--add leftover mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes to thicken it and make it more mellow.  So yummy!

Mini-meals for lunch Friday and Saturday (a dab of sweet potatoes, a spoonful of corn, etc)...and then turkey, cranberry and Brie sandwiches on Friday night. AMAZING.
