I am perfectly capable of making a firm decision about everything to do with our wedding….except my bouquet and the flowers for the centrepieces.
Initially I wanted to do white gerberas with the black centres (our colours are black and white with a bit of pink to break things up). Now that we’ve picked our ceremony and reception venue, they just don’t go with the style of the room and buildings surrounding the ceremony site. I am trawling through pages and pages of pictures of bouquets and arrangements and nothing stands out to me.
Who would have thought this was the hardest part of wedding planning for me?
What are you having difficulty deciding on?

Wedding day jewelry!!! I can’t decide on earrings or bracelets. And under-garments.
Amazingly, that’s the only thing I’m having a hard time with. Everything else is easy peasy!

@LoriKay628: I had this one decided before we even got engaged! I’m wearing my Grandma’s pearls.
@katsupgirl: I’m making ours. The choice is limited to what my capabilities will be!

Everything! lol I just now finally picked my ceremony location! I was dead set on having it at a certain place but it was booked every Saturday through December and since it was 9 hrs away Sunday didn’t seem like a good idea. So after looking hard for the last 2 weeks I finally found it.. Now I’m trying to figure out the exact colors I want to use.. I’ve also looked a ton of STD’s and can not pick just one I really just love!

a theme, followed by a venue. I think I am suffering from too many choices syndrome. I think once I can really totally nail one down, the other will fall into place.

Hmm… I think I’ll have to say it was a tie between invites and my dress.

The venue has been sooo hard to pick.

By FAR the hardest was the guest list.
But of the elements of the wedding…decor in general. Flowers, lights, etc. That is just SO not my forte. Luckily, my florist seems to really get me, and suggested a bouquet (white sweet peas) that I never would have thought of but is perfect for me. He’s going to come to the house (our venue) next month to look around, and hopefuilly he’ll work his magic with the decorations too!

I had the most trouble with favors…I was to the point of saying “screw it, who really wants favors anyway?” when my Mother-In-Law offered to make and bag toffee as favors. We had a really really short engagement, though (3 months) so I didn’t have the luxury of being indecisive. Lot of decisions very fast, and I just had to go with my gut.

We have just started planning, and picking the venue has been so sloooow and painful. We have visited 16 (!!) so far and still have one more to go before we make a decision….

I had a hard time deciding on the shoes, I had found some I loveddd and then thought I couldnt get them and spent months finding ones but all I wanted to do was go back to them. Luckily I got them!!! they should be delivered on feb. 14th! eek!
Otherwise the bridesmaid dresses were a little stressful because I had to take everyones feelings into consideration. Everything else has been chosen perfectly and smoothly!
