Since me and Fiance are saving for the wedding we decide to get inexpensive gifts this year. Fiance, loves PS3 so after some research I brought him Batman: Arkham City game.

I got Mr. C a mini-series on DVD he liked and an obscure movie on DVD that he likes.  Then I also made him a piece of artwork that references one of our favorite movies which I know will make him smile every time he looks at it.

Nadda. We just bought a new house less than a year ago and are getting married in a year and a half so we decided not to do gifts. If I WOULD’VE gotten him something it would’ve been some window rain guard thingys for his truck (he’s always complaining that he can’t even crack open the window when it rains because he gets soaked).

I got my Fiance the Dewalt drill/driver combo set (he’s an electrician who LOVES tool), a custom calendar (filled with personal photos appropriate to each month), clothes, a board game, 2 tickets to Yuk Yuk’s (hello date night), a wallet and an entire stocking full of goodies!

We always set a limit and both always seem to go over it, this year included! Money Mouth

Lol well, recently we were in Jamaica for my FSIL’s (FI’s sister) wedding. Fiance was ranting and raving about how good the Jamaican honey was since the first day we got to the resort lol! He talked about it constantly! So, I went off the resort when my Fiance wasn’t with me and bought 4 bottles of honey from a close by grocery store. He’s been complaining every day since we got back about how our canadian honey just isn’t as good as the stuff in Jamaica! I think he’s going to really like it, even though it’s pretty simple. πŸ™‚

@Soon2BMrs.T: awesome, DeWalt is the bomb.  I got my Fiance a DeWalt 10″ compound dual sliding mitre saw for his birthday; so for Christmas he’s getting the laser guide attachment for it.

And a few things for his stocking.

An iPod, a singing table (a speaker thing, google it haha, I’m so bad at explaining it), a 13 piece knife set, a spice grinder, and a fancy meat thermometer that talks (because nothing says I love you like a meat thermometer haha). He’s going to be so surprised (:

I got Fiance a spear gun – he has been wanting one for ages!  Actually he is out diving at the moment (summer in NZ) and this morning was talking about how much he wanted one!

He just rang to say he got 2 crayfish – yum!
