I have ordered them this tote in my wedding colors with their name engraved on the front

In them I am putting fingernail polish, lipgloss, flip flops, a bracelet, homemade bath salts, and a handwritten thank you note.
I am also getting a suite with two connected rooms for the night before the wedding for all of us ladies.
I am getting them Lululemon Sweatshirt jackets. I posted about that here because I wasn't sure what everyone would think of them. I am having their nicknames that I call them embroidered on the inside
A friend of mine recently sent me this link and it has some super great jewelry ideas. I am thinking of something simple for my niece who is 12 and is a junior bm in my wedding.
I'm doing Vera Bradley totes and matching Vera Bradley making cases. And, I'm getting them some reasonably priced jewelry (necklace and earrings) from Etsy.
No idea yet. Definitely no jewelry. They will be related to each girl's personal interests and hobbies, as though it was a Christmas or birthday gift. I may add a box of chocolates they will like in addition to the personal items.
I'm doing matching chocolate velour sweatsuits with their nicknames on the back! Something fun to get ready in and bust a move at the after party! I also got them jewlery to wear with the dress and doing their hair. Check out the pic below of my MOH's jacket... :) (sorry bad quality from my blackberry)

hehe I just saw your post Jackie-O~ great minds think alike :)
At first, I was very adamant about NOT getting them something that they had to wear for the wedding. It seemed silly to give them something that they HAD to wear! I found really cute monogram charm necklaces on Etsy and thought that was it, but I was still having doubts. All of my bmaids are still in school (I'll be the only one with a grown-up job by the time we get married...68 days until graduation!) and all but one are out-of-state. So I just flat out asked one of them, "would you rather get a gift or have me pay for something?" and she said that the best gift would be getting to spend less money. So now I'm buying their shoes and fascinators. I still wanted to get them something on the big day, so I'm going to make them boxed lunches and bring them to the ceremony :)
I'm thinking of getting them this clutch and robe (but in different colors based on my girls preferences) and maybe some jewelry for the wedding. I ordered some "samples" so we'll see what they look like when they arrive!
i have 3 bridesmaids- for two of them i purchased cole haan bags (from a sample sale), and will probably put a spa kit or something like that in them. for the third, i am purchasing her dress- she is my fiances sister and lives in Holland (fiance is dutch)- they don't have the tradition of bridesmaids, so the whole concept is new. since i can see it being a bit odd from her standpoint (needing to buy a dress that corresponds with other girls), i thought it best to go ahead and buy it- especially since her and her family are travelling all the way over to the US for the wedding.

I have a couple ideas floating around but I am not sure. I definitely do not want to do jewelry. What are you bees doing for your ladies?
