    Hey Everyone,

My family is doing a Secret Santa and of course I drew my husband's name. What are you all getting for your SO? I know what he NEEDS but I want to get him something really special. Maybe if I see what you all are getting, it will give me ideas!!

I'm getting my FI a leather bag (similar to a briefcase but not with a hard case) for work.  His current bag is falling apart.

A flying lesson (he's always wanted to be a pilot) and dinner out afterwards where I tease him over dessert by letting my sexy bra peek out of my shirt over dessert.

TMI? LOL...What I'm trying to say is that I got him a GPS last year so I wanted this year to be exciting !

Our favorite gifts are "activity" gifts.

Typically I always get him & I tickets to a sporting event, concert, comedian, or some other type of event that has a show w/in a month of christmas.

This year I'm getting him a bath robe, lol. We are doing a small Christmas b/c we are going to Paris for NYE, So this years gift isn't the best example, haha!

He got a motorbike recently to ride to and from work. It is only a 14 mile ride per day, but I feel bad when all he has to wear is a heavy sweater, not to mention the lack of protection a cotton sweater offers. So I got him a leather riding jacket over Black Friday at 65% off. :)

I gave it to him already so that he can begin wearing it, and I have peace of mind knowing that he is better protected now. Now he wants a matching helmet...

I got my FI gloves he can use with his touch screen phone and a new warm winter jacket.

I may have to also get him a Jet's Snuggie/Slanket though. That would be really great.

@emilygrace07: Lol nice. I know my SO wants an XBOX 360 and those games where you move around and follow the screen but I have no idea what to get. :( I'm still stuck in the 90s, I don't have an IPOD or any kind of console hehe.

Mr. G is graduating from school on the 22nd of December, and he has been eyeing some Tag Heuer watches.  I'm getting the watch as a grad/Christmas gift combo, with some other things thrown in for Christmas that he needs/wants: books to study for board exams, socks, xbox 360 games, and a full stocking :)

I got mine a really nice bluetooth headset for his cell phone (he got a new smartphone recently so anything that can go along with it will be a big win).

One of those things he would want and use, but won't ever justify the expense to buy for himself... which in my opinion makes the best gifts.

    Here's the one I got:
    http://www.amazon.com/Plantronics-Discovery-975-Bluetooth-Headset/dp/B002JIMZU4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1291845106&sr=8-1

It's a tricky place to be considering I'm expecting THE RING by the end of the year, so really anything I get him is going to pale in comparison.   :)

He loves the movie "The Hangover" so I got him that, and he has been wanting a Manchester United jersey (soccer team) but he never buys it for himself because he's too busy buying me things (he's so sweet!), but since it's cold, I am getting him a Manchester United jacket, or hoodie..not sure yet lol I am ordering it right now.

I think I want to get him an iPad, but I'm kinda hesitant cause I guess they will probably be updating those in the spring-ish, right? Hmm... can't think of any other alternatives. :(

I got my hubby a new snowboarding bag.  $100!  But it was the last one they had.  Its got pockets and room for everything: helmet, boots, gloves, googles, everything but the snowboard.  He goes up to the mountain about 15-20 times a season though, and he's worth it.  I always get him a couple pairs of underwear too, he likes the CK boxer briefs.

His parents and I went halfers on this really expensive military watch (he is in the army) that can withstand extreme cold and does other fancy stuff I didn't pay attention to. I'll also be getting him some socks, razors, shaving cream. Maybe I'll get some cologne samples too.

@DanielleZara: Xbox Kinnect comes with Kinnect Adventures which is supposed to be pretty good. There's also been really good reviews on the kinect sports game and Dance central game. Kinnect motion sports and whatever the racing game is called (I think its Joy rider?) are supposed to be awful but other than that everything else has sounded pretty good. DH and I are collecting Christmas gift cards this year and then going to buy this for ourselves. It'd be a great gift and something you could do together. You use your body as the controller so you wouldn't have to be technilogically inclined :) Here's a link that may be helpful http://www.xbox.com/en-US/kinect

I got my husband a book of knots (tells you how to tie lots of knots for climbing and sailing), a GorillaPod tripod for his digital SLR, and the computer game Civilization 5! I also got him a few cheapie stocking stuffers. All in all spend about $150.

I'm taking him on a Mexico cruise. He has tons of points saved up, so I'm going to pay the difference. I'm going to put together a photo album of his family pictures from growing up. A video game. And I think I'm going to sew him something.
