Each of my girls have misc. awesome things like spa materials such as health socks to eye sleepers bath soap, etc. lol with other misc. items like notebook/journel style with their initials. They also have wine glasses each decorated diff. diy.  && hangers.  There is a whole bunch its a goodie bag hehe.

As for my matron, she got all these things PLUS.  I got her a intital make-up bag that i filled with “MOH survival kit stuff” and she can use it after for whatever she would like πŸ™‚ I am also getting her a gold bracelt with our intials on it and a heart pendant that says a sweet saying about “auntys and niece” πŸ™‚

Edit: They are getting these the night before at the rehersal dinner so my aunty can wear her braclet for the wedding! πŸ™‚

So far I am working on putting together a day of survival kit. I also have bracelets for all of them and one for me that matches. I have flip flops that i wrapped ribbon around the thong part so they can wear them at the reception. ooh and i am painting their inital on a  canvas bag to hold all of them stuff. I’m sure i’ll come up with more stuff too!

I also did day of survival kits, and paid for pedicures (some of the girls bailed on the pedis, but that’s another story). In the kit, I put VS bronzer & gloss, tylenol, bobby pins, safety pins, hand wipes, deodorant wipes, blotting papers, mirrors, shout wipes, granola bars, hairspray, lint rollers, candy “jewelry”, etc.

I made clutches like this

to put the stuff in. I thought it’d just be a cheap throw away bag to contain the stuff, and that they’d use their own clutches the day of. They all decided to use them at the wedding, and I’ve actually seen them using them at other weddings & outings, so I’m pretty happy that I decided to do that addition instead of putting them in a baggie or something.

(ETA: I was going back & forth between whether I really counted the kit as a “gift”, but the inclusion of the VS products (which I know my girls love) & the clutch makes me consider it part of their gift)

I’m gifting my girls coach wristlets stuffed with gift cards (Sephora and VS), a pair of earrings I made (each girl is getting a pair made to their tastes) inside a macaron coin purse (also made by me).  The earrings match the necklaces I made for them when I asked them (DIY thread here: http://diy.weddingbee.com/topic/budget-friendly-diy-inviterequest-for-moh-pic-heavy)

My girls are flying in so I didn’t want to give them anything that was going to take up too much room in their bags.

all my girls got survival kits (the usual bobby pins, tissues, mints, snacks/water, etc) and personalized tote bags (got them from weddingchicks.com, very cute!). each of my girls’ styles/tastes are so different, so their “real” gifts reflect their personalities.

maid of honor- philosophy shampoo/lip gloss gift set. she has a ton of jewelry and scarves and other accessories, so i gave her something she can use regularly instead of something that could end up lost in her closet/jewelry box.

bridesmaid #1- an ann taintor flask, which i filled with tequila. not that she’s an alcoholic or anything, lol, but she enjoys having a few drinks once in a while.

bridesmaid #2- a coin purse w/ a gift card for a restaurant. i know gift cards can seem kind of generic and impersonal, but she’s a major foodie, so it was kind of a no-brainer that i should give her something food-related.

all my girls loved their gifts!

I got my girls jewelry NOT to be worn at the wedding. I specifically picked out the pieces based on each girls style and what I thought they’d like – I know their styles pretty well. πŸ™‚ They all loved what I got them.

Three of my girls got different necklaces and one gal got a bracelet. I spent between $100-$125 each.

My wedding is very low budget. Not only for us but also for our wedding party. We got them very simple gifts.. My BMs are getting handpainted wine glasses to look like them, and 3 piece pearl sets.

I got them all a Coach wristlet that I think they would like individually (one of the black leather ones is for me lol) – I went to the Coach outlet for Black Friday and got them at an AMAZING deal! We’re trying our best to have a low-cost wedding.

But I am also putting them each together an emergency kit (the typical stuff), and I got them jewelry to wear the day of the wedding as well. I’m debating on paying for their pedicures as well. I’ll decide that closer to the big day.

I was planning on giving all my bridesmaids either a coach wristlet or kate spade bracelet at the rehersal dinner.

I am buying their dresses/accessories for the day of/ paying for hair and makeup…

I also ordered monoagramed robes and personalized tote bags filled with goodies (snacks, toilitries, cute underwear, sweats, etc) for the weekend since our wedding is out of town….

Which makes it frustrating that they are sucking as bridesmaids, buts thats another rant…

But I notice a trend in bags or clutches filled with small goodies. Most girls get really excited about that! πŸ™‚
