One just bought a house, so he'll get a home depot gift card.
The BM is Fi's brother, and will probably get a good bottle of bourbon.
Good knives are a nice gift, I think. Or tickets to a sporting event that the guy is interested in.
Unless you are in college and yours is one of the first weddings in your social circle, I'd try to avoid gifts like engraved flasks and the like. A different, but personal gift for each person will likely be more appreciated.
Our guys are each getting a pair of these...
Our colors are burnt orange and chocolate brown so each guy will be getting a pair of customized sneakers from NikeID.com. They'll wear them for our wedding and then hopefully afterwards as well. The guys attire will be somewhat casual (nice khakis, chocolate brown blazer, burnt orange tie, white button down shirt) so the sneakers will match perfectly. They can also be personalized with each guys name which I think is pretty cool.
We'll also probably throw in a gift card to their favorite store as well.
All of our groomsmen were like big kids, so my husband did his shopping for them at Toys R us, lol. Well, for 2 of them anyway. One got a Star Trek toy set and the other I think got something Star Wars Related. The third one got something a little more sentimental. Years ago, him and my DH worked together at Sam Goody and would go to meetings all the time. One of the meetings (at least 10 years ago) Kiss was giving away one of their guitars I guess, and this GM drew a couple of pictures of him, my DH, Kiss and the guitar. My DH searched high and low because he knew he still had it, and when he found it we framed it for him and gave it back. The best man got a personalized money clip because they are servers and he always has his tips all over the place.

The boys are cops/firemen so they did the uniform and everything. They came out really cute!
We did gift certificates. I know it's boring, but I wanted something that they could use. One was for a golf game and one was for a really nice steak house.
We are doing a collectiong of things. They aren't renting tuxes. Instead, we went the matching dress pants and suspenders route. So we are getting the tie and socks for the guys.
We got these shirts for the guys to wear for the rehersal. 
And for the bigger item we are doing corn hole games for all of the guys.
I am also making custom glasses for all of the wedding party so they will get one of those also.
@SapphireSun: Great gift! My girlfriend gave me a purple one for camping but my husband has taken it as his own!
FI says he has a million flasks and cufflinks from being in weddings, so we are paying for their tuxes. And I could kill FI for picking out the most expensive ones!!
We bought their ties to wear to the wedding (Kenneth Cole but only $15 on smartbargains.com!) and we are paying for them (and my hubby-to-be) to have hot lather shaves at an upscale barber on the big day.
One got a 49ers mug w/ his name on it and a shot glass w/ our wedding date on it. The Bestman got a cigar case that came w/ the cutter and a shot glass or something. My brother got a braclet that we engraved his name on, and a money clip.
Our guys are getting a custom beer mugs, custom cuff links, and probably a gift set of sum sort I find along the way such as a shaving set...I figure these are all useful gifts most guys won't buy themselves!
We did personalized beer mugs, key chain bottle openers, and coolers full of beer. I guess you can see the theme.
They only had 2 so they paid for their hotel rooms and got them each a really nice watch.

Ties and socks to wear on the big day, and breakfast morning of. (Boring, I know, but guys are hard.)
