We kept it simple, figuring the people who are invited already know us and our story.  We really just wanted to give the info that people usually ask about.  So we included our bridal party, just names and a picture.  Ceremony/reception location info with a map.  Hotel info with prices and map.  Transportation and registry info.  A reminder that it was an outdoor wedding and you might need a jacket at night.  And we told our guests that we would have breakfast the next day for those staying at the hotel and after party at the piano bar at the hotel.

We included a part that kind of explianed “Catholic things” especially since his side is Baptist. this may or may not play in for you but you might want to give people a heads up on the differences if there will be many who dont know the faith or ceremony like friends.
