I’m so thankful for my husband, who has truly proven to be a better man than I could have imagined. His dedication to me and our family is unimaginable for most.
This year I’m so very thankful to be pregnant after some struggles. Today marks 11 weeks, which is the farthest I have ever made it in a pregnancy. I had a doctors appt today and everything is looking fantastic. I couldn’t be happier!
I’m also thankful for my bonus son who came home a couple hours ago took off his jacket and said “Give me a knife and an onion” because I had really lost my steam, but when you tell a 4 year old the day before you need his help, he’s going to help you wether you are exhausted or not! We actually got every single dish done, so tomorrow I can actually sleep in and not run around like a crazy person!
What are you thankful for this year ladies?

I’m thankful for my life in general. I have a truly wonderful fiancé, I’m in school to become a teacher. While it’s hard, I’m very thankful to be working toward something I love. I’m thankful for my family. Silly, but I’m thankful for my Kitchenaid mixer, as it helped me bake three desserts!
Most of all, I’m thankful for my health and my life 🙂

I’m thankful that this is the first Thanksgiving in 4 years that family won’t ask me “So, when are two you getting engaged?”. 🙂
I’m of course thankful for my fiance, who amazes me everyday. And I’m thankful for our fur baby that we adopted this year. She is the best pup ever and has helped to calm down my baby fever.

That I have a roof over my head and food that I can eat with my small but awesome family. I think people take so much for grated without trying(I’m so guilty of this). It is not anyones fault really, because most people never really have never been in such a dire situation that they have absolutely nothing and with no one to share that nothing with.
Sorry if I am being a bit of a downer, but I been having a pretty bad day and well this post got me to thinking all the thing that are actually going right in my life. Thank You OP 🙂

@Koolbeans621: I’m glad I could be of help.
I think lots of people forget about how good life can be. If you’ve never gone through anything truly terrible it’s easy to get caught up in the little stuff. You’re not a downer. You made a wonderful point.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!
I just finished reading the first book in The Hunger Games series. Made me very aware of food insecurity and how thankful I am that we always have enough to eat. I’m also very thankful for my husband, our families, our cats, and my graduate program which is allowing me to pursue a career that I love.

I’m thankful for so much – I’m truly a very lucky woman. I’m thankful for:
-my partner. He is one of the most amazing, kind, intelligent people I’ve been blessed enough to know. He takes care of me. At work, he fights for his patients so that they get the care that they deserve. He has literally had to help me walk around the house and bathe the past few weeks. So I don’t know where I’d be without him.
-my mom and step dad. They are so supportive and kind. Even when my mom is a little hard on me, I know she means well and she is helping push me.
-my ability to bake!
-our sweet pug. He makes me smile every day
-my comfy slippers
-my latest favorite hot tea (a roobois tea)
-a lovely stack of bridal magazines and Oprah magazines from the library (so also thankful that there is a great library system and so close to me!)

I’m thankful for the beautiful life, and blessings God has given me. My amazing family, my wonderful soon-to-be husband, good health, wealth, and in this economy, our jobs! I’m thankful that I have a roof over my head, clothes on my back, and food in my stomach. I’m also so thankful to be apart of my favorite website, the weddingbee 😉
@mwitter80: Congratulations on your pregnancy!

@mwitter80: I didn’t know you were pregnant! Congrats!
I am thankful for my husband. He may be a pain in my butt sometimes but I love him and he puts up with my psycho pregnant outbursts. I am thankful that he has a job he cannot be laid off from and that provides us with what we need, a roof over our head and food on our table and the opportunity to live in another country.
I am thankful for all the wonderful military wives who I have met since moving to the UK. I have only known them a short time, but they have really become my military family and my support system since my own family is thousands of miles away.
I am thankful for the wonderful, unexpected blessing that is our unborn daughter. I can’t wait until March when I get to see her face in life instead of on an ultrasound screen.

I am thankful for my husband. Today is our 2 month anniversary, what a perfect first Thanksgiving for the two of us to celebrate. I am thankful for his job which has afforded me the opportunity to take the time I need to settle in here in the UK and find a job that I really want to do. He also really takes care of me, even when I do stupid things like cutting off a blister rather than leaving well enough alone. He’s bandaged my foot for me every night.
I am thankful for my parents and my in laws who after 7 years of knowing them really feel like a second family to me. It is so great to have such an amazing family support system.
I am thankful for our cat and thankful he weathered the flight from NYC to London in cargo without any ill effects.
I am thankful for my sister who will be our first official visitor when she comes for Christmas.
Finally, I am thankful for my mini food processor, without which I could have not cut crusty/stale bread into stuffing sized pieces.

@Bostongrl25: Ha! I was thinking the same thing!
I’m thankful for my amazing life. Honestly, things have really gone my way this year, and for that I’m eternally grateful. Mostly, though, I’m thankful for stuffing.
