I just want to see what other brides are using for their songs to walk down the aisle to? I’m actually using 2 songs. One for my bridal party and one just for me. For my bridal party I’m using and instrumental guitar version of Rascall Flatt’s “Bless the Broken Road.” And for me i’m using Piano Guy’s version of “Thousand Years.” Its so beautiful!

I love “A Thousand Years” we are doing that for our first dance but the part 2 version. I am walking down to Turning Page by Sleeping at Last – same song that was playing while Bella was walking down the aisle in Breaking Dawn

@sinfulli2sweet: I love that song “A Thousand Years” 😀
I’m walking down the aisle to music by a solo fiddler (a friend of my dad’s.) We haven’t decided exactly what he will play but I don’t really care as long as it sounds nice 🙂

@jbbs1222: I’m walking down the aisle to “Home” by Phillip Phillips! Everyone will walk down to it and then I will come out during that beautiful instrumental “oo” part! So thrilled about it! And then our recessional is “Home” by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros! Being with my man is my home!!!!

I think I am walking down to “you and me” by Lifehouse, but a string quartet version. It’s “our” song so it’s perfect for us! Then our walk back will also be string quartet of “Lucky” by Jason Mraz and Colie Caillat.

This is much more traditional than some of these very unique ideas, but my daughter has always said she wants to walk to “Canon in D.” Now that the time is near, her biggest decision is whether to have it played on thethe huge pipe organ or the grand piano in our church. The frontrunner for seating the mothers and grandmothers is the theme from Forrest Gump (the first few minutes before the entire orchestra kicks in.) Hope you bees will keep the ideas coming!

I would like something like Sweet Disposition ny Temper Trap and my bf would like a Smiths/Morrisey song but we haven’t looked into it much!
