My rehearsal is just casual - i can't imagine one that's not! So since i'm running around all day doing errands, then to the church for the rehearsal.. i'm wearing jeans and a tshirt, as is everyone else. Yay!
Ooooo...we are doing a backyard BBQ also! Event though its going to be casual and everyone will probably be in shorts, my bridesmaids and I are all wearing sundresses and cowboy boots.
I found a cute white embroidered dress last weekend (it was so hard to find something long enough to wear to church that also has straps) and I just ordered my brown cowboy boots today.
I'm not sure we're having a rehearsal dinner - maybe a "meet & greet" dinner since it's out of town? - but if we DO, I'm wearing a cute white/ivory strapless cocktail dress. It was such a great deal that I found at Nordstrom Rack before we were engaged - orginally $398, but found it for $98. I bought it knowing I'd find a reason to wear it one day.
We're having a rehearsal bbq catered at a small banquet hall in the marina. I will wear this white shift dress from banana republic to the church rehearsal and the dinner
ours was casual too- at my inlaws house. we told everyone that they could wear jeans, but i wore a sun dress.
I'm modifying my mom's wedding dress from the 70s! Her grandma made it, so it's kind of sentimental. My mom is about 5 inches shorted than me, so it needs to be hemmed up to just above my knees. It only needs a couple minor alterations other than that. I am SOOOO excited. I can't wait to show some pics!!
We're having our rehearsal dinner at a BBQ restaurant, so I found a sundress to wear.
Found a cute vintagy casual dress at Modcloth (it's the Indie Darling dress if you are interested) and I'll probably pair it with some brightly colored flat sandals with ankle straps or something like that to keep the look casual. If I were doing something fancier I'd pair it with heels. I am still tossing around the idea of just doing nice trouser jeans, a flowy tank, and a cardigan, instead of a dress.
Our rehearsal was casual and the dinner was at a restaurant but I still wore jeans and a tshirt.
I'm wearing a strapless sundress. I got it for a friends wedding and thought it was just enough of the casual but nice that it would work. Also I'm wearing a pair of wedge T-Strap sandals with them. It's really nothing fancy, but I'm still not sure what we're doing for the rehearsal dinner.
A strapless black and white print dress, from GAP back a few years. It's my go-to graduation and wedding dress. I don't wear dresses often, so spending money on a new dress was just not practical.
i planned to wear a dress made out of the fabric from my mother's wedding dress.. but depending on how hot it gets, we may just save that dress for a the send off and let me change out of my gown
My party hat?
haha, I will probably end up wearing something uber-cas, whether jeans, shorts or a sundress, I don't really know, but it hasn't been super high on my worry list. We'll be doing a back yard bbq thing.

Our wedding itself is semi-formal, but I'm now trying to figure out what to wear to the rehearsal? The dinner is a backyard BBQ at my parents', but I don't want to wearing cut-offs and a tank top to the rehearsal. So, what are you ladies wearing?
