My seamstress told me that if you wear a corset bra it gives you “muffin top”. Not good…So I was thinking maybe like one of those long full length things that suck you and giver support.  I think you can get them at Victoria’s Secret.

probably one of those full length things like bthurber suggested, one that makes the girls look good!

I bought a longline bra from David’s Bridal even though my dress isn’t from there.  It should fit comfortably so you can breathe easily!

@cvbee, have you tried it on with your dress?  Are they seamless panties?  I can’t find any that don’t leave indentations..

I tried it on with my dress for my first fitting.  They were all great.

These underwear have absolutely no line.  I bought them years ago when I was doing a contemporary dance where I had to wear a nude-look and I shopped around for a long time until I found something that didn’t cut in at all.

I got them at The Bay (Canadian here).

Keep shopping around and you might find what you are looking for.

Your consultant will know exactly what you should wear for undergarmets with your dress.

I’m going to rock a strapless bra and Hanky Pankie underpants!

(although I’m loving the idea of a garter belt too!)

I’m wearing a longline slip from David’s Bridal (similar to the bra but it goes down below my knees-it almost looks like a extremely skimpy strapless dress.

If you’re comfortable wearing a thong on your wedding day- I recommend the “Lacie” from Victoria Secret.  it doesn’t show lines what-so-ever, and it’s extremely comfortable.  You can also choose from seemingly HUNDREDS (ok, like twenty) colors, so it could be fun, or it could be your “something blue”!

bloodgo1-THANK YOU for making me realize if I wear a thong, people will see my butt.  I know it sounds strange (and slightly stupid) but I forgot that my bridesmaids will be helping me into my dress, and thus seeing my bare rear if I go the way of a thong.  I guess i could wear little shorts while getting into my dress (it’s a full skirt) and take it off after getting into it, but that’s a lot of work for a little piece of underwear!

I’m going to wear a longline bra and then some comfortable panties. Probably boy shorts.
