And for those undecided, do you have any ideas you’re thinking of?
I know there was a topic earlier about colours, but the last post was 3 weeks ago, and I want to know themes too!!
We’re going with chocolate brown and gold (FMIL hates that but can deal with it) but general fall-ish colours will dominate. Most of my flowers will probably be orange and yellow because fall, which I’m not overly fond of but whatever, I’m sure it’ll look awesome anyway.
Originally I didn’t really mean to have a theme, but when I put the individual things I wanted I realized I ended up with an autumn theme. Oops.
Not that I mind, if anything it’s a little easier to choose things that fit rather than picking from the vast variety of… everything out there.
So, how about you?

dark purple and hot pink 🙂
i didn’t want traditional colors for fall and i think purple and pink will still look nice with a fall background.

Black, white, blush and ivory/silver. Soft touches to off set thw stark black and white contrast. I’ve been using black and white stripes to bring in some modern touches along with ivory lace. Vintage glam is what I’ve been calling it. So hard to describe but its coming together! I love fall but didn’t want a fall theme, its a beautiful idea but not my style. I don’t think I could pull it off but am envious of those who can!

this is the venue I’ll be at next October… found these photos of a previous fall wedding & totally LOVE the pops of orange in the top left photo. Hope to do the fall branches as centerpieces.

Our colors are dark teal/green, dark plum-purple, and dark-rusty orange. I think they feel very fall-y without being completely traditional.
I wanted a fall wedding, but not all-out pumpkins and burlap. We’re alternating our colors for the napkins and table runners, and our centerpieces will be vases with simple willow branches and some autumn themed little plastic gems – apples, pumpkins etc. – that are fall-y without being too much, for me.
We’re just getting Wegmans flowers the day before the wedding, but I think they will again be fall-y colors – some orange, but also hopefully mix in some green and purple.

our colors have morphed to be somewhat fall-like. eggplant, cranberry/burgundy, burnt orange, and silver, with ivory and charcoal accents. we’re not having a theme, really. i want simple, and elegant.
i should make a moodboard.

Im debating on doing a fall theme & using plum purple & pumpkin orange as my colors or peach & navy…. fall would be so easy to do but I really like the peach & navy too.. guess I have some time still to decide 🙂

We are doing a fall themed wedding since we both love the fall and our first date was in October 2008. Colors are Burnt orange, Burgundy, Copper, and Ivory. The venue is modern and has lots of creams and light browns in the travertine and lights.
He really wants me to incorporate some pumpkins somehow but I am leaning more towards manzanita with orange orchids and ivory hydrangeas for some of the tables. Thinking grapevine ball centerpiece for the others. Cocktail tables will be simple with cylinders.
We are getting married outside by a fountain and I’d like things to be natural. Leaves, Branches etc. A little torn about things.

My wedding is going to be full of pumpkins. I didn’t plan it that way, it just sorta happened.

We’re going with blush, cream, gold & maybe a pop of purple if everything looks a bit washed out. We live in Arizona so there are no natural fall colours even though our wedding is partially outside so I think the colours will work even though its fall
