@alotlikelove:  We’re actually just relaxing today – no plans for us!  It’s raining and is kind of blah out. πŸ™

Brunch at 11am with my parents, then going to my FI grandparents (dad’s side) and finally FI grandparents (mom’s side).  Holidays are always busy, that is what happens when your FI’s parents are divorced and remarried.

I secretly wish I could lay in my pjs all day and eat takeout!

I made an easter egg hunt for FI. He hoards spare change, so I took it to the bank and made it into dollars and hid them in eggs. I’m hoping at the end he makes the trip to the bank to actually deposit the money. Technically I could have deposited it when I made the change into dollars but then I wouldn’t have had an excuse to hide eggs all over our apartment (no kids yet). I went a little overboard though because there are 48 eggs in our 2 bedroom apartment. Each egg has $1-$5.

ETA: He works today though so he might not look for them until after work.

I’m all alone this weekend, s.o. is away, so I,m being SUPER lazy…I’m thinking I should make msyelf a ‘spa day’. I’m also choosing an anniversary present for him.

We were to spend the day with friends, but one of their kids has the stomach flu, so we’re bumming around for the morning and will venture out for late lunch/early dinner around 3 to avoid the crowds. We’ll also have a Skype date with my 5 y.o. nephew in a bit to hear all about what the Bunny brought!

I sooooo want to just stay home on this rainy Sunday, but we do have to go visit his parents.  They are in town and staying with his brother.  Wish I knew whether or not they are doing dinner or not.  lol. But his family is more of the sper of the moment type people.  Ugh!!!   Fingers crossed we can head over there about 2:00, that way we can leave about 5:00 and be home for the evening πŸ™‚

Hope everyone has a great Easter Sunday!!!!

We don’t have any family on this side of the country either, and also I’m Jewish haha. My husband is Catholic, but he decided to make one last snowboarding trip this season. So I’ve had the day to myself. I churned some ice cream, watched Magic Mike, and now I’m on a Disney movie marathon haha.
