I seem to lack knowledge and inspiration when it comes to food/cooking blogs. I’ll find my way to them through Pinterest, but never seem to search around. I mostly go to Pinterest, The Pioneer Woman, Skinny Taste, How Sweet It Is, and a couple of others.
What are the best food/cooking blogs out there that you LOVE to glean recipe inspiration from??

I would like to see the answers too. Pinterest, lately, has been almost all desserts and I have been looking to expand my dinner recipes. (and pinterest has been getting spammed like crazy lately from weight loss crap, ARG!!!!)

I love Tastespotting. It’s a website compiling recipes from hundreds of food blogs, organized by thumbnail photos. It’s fun just browsing for inspiration, or you can do a search if there’s a certain ingredient or type of recipe you’re looking for.

I loooove smitten kitchen! I’ve tried many recipes there and they’re always good.
101 cookbooks has so many great recipies and tips and tricks. Since it’s all veggie, it’s good for side dishes for me.
food in jars and punk domestics are my go to to learn new domestic things like cheese making, preserves and wine making.
The other ones I browse, but don’t check all the time.

I love Skinnytaste, I really will say that blog has significantly contributed to mine and my husband’s weight loss (51 pounds here, 102 for him). I also really like LaaLoosh and Chocolate Covered Katie. Other than that I browse through Pinterest and alot of times I’ll just google the ingredients I have and see what comes up.

@redhead46: That’s amazing!! Congrats to you two!
I’ve so far only tried a crock pot chicken tacos recipe from skinnytaste, but it was delicious. Now I’m inspired to try more!
