the only thing i actually enjoy doing is running. it was rough when i started, but it is great after you get used to it in a couple of weeks. plus it burns a lot of calories, so it works
My favorites:
horseback riding, running, going on the elliptical, yoga, pilates, and workout videos, especially Jillian Michaels ones. :)
I am with the gals above - - I enjoy running. I also enjoy a really great spin class. I like high energy cardio - it gets me in a zone and I can continue at my own pace for about 50 minutes. I am not much of a mellow minded zen person so yoga doesn't really do it for me. When in doubt ipod + run = very happy Jackie-O, haahaahaa Oh not to mention I feel the results faster than any other workout 
I LOVE kettlebells. They are amazing, it works your whole body and you feel like someone beat you up the next day....in a good way lol
I'm just getting into running and I like it! You just feel so sweaty and accomplished afterwards :)
For toning, though, I definitely have to say I love the leg press and arm machines at the gym. they always kick my behind.
I've been doing krav maga for the past 5-6 years, its a GREAT workout as long as your sensei is working you like he should, but it does take a toll on my body so I have been easing back from doing it. Now that I am down to 30 days to my wedding, I am downgrading to aerobic kickboxing or Jillian Michael's workouts. They are not bad considering but nowhere near the caliber of krav maga.
I love pilates - definitely helps tone the areas like the legs, glutes, and stomach - great for bikini season.
I will add lotte burke method which is kind of ballet inspired toning and stretching. I have one DVD called high round assets and if you do it right, it is definitely tricky walking the next day.
Pilates every week! Helps keep me limber and toned! also weights. I like to reach back to scratch my back and go "wow my muscle's hard! sweet! no squish!" cuz that motivates the hell outta me =]
Yoga and Pilates helped me to lose 8 lbs but that was in combination with the Biggest Loser Bootcamp!! Right now my favorites are P90X Cardio Intervals and Yoga
