Favorite: Frenchies, we have 2. I don’t think I can ever own a different breed after having them, but I’ve considered getting an English bulldog. I like the smaller size of Frenchies though. I think pugs and Boston terriers are super cute too. I bascially like anything with a smooshie face.

Least favorite: Not really a fan of big dogs in general, but I have an aversion to German shepherds. I’m not a fan of curly haired breeds either, like poodles or any poodle crosses.

I really like Labs and Retreivers, they seem like the perfect “family dog” to me.

I don’t really like Chihuahua’s… some of them are nice, but most of them are yappy and nip at you.

I love my german shepherds. Our german shepherds have been great as protectors but also family. They adore our nieces but dont hesitate if threatened.

I dont like small dogs like chihuhuas and poms among others. I just havent met one that I like, only exception is a bulldogs, french or english.

Favorite: boston terriers & any other dog with a smooshed face!! We have 2 Boston’s & my ex and I had an English bulldog.

Least favorite: Maltese and small white fluffy dogs. My mom has 2 Maltese and all they do is bark. All. Day. Long. And they’re not well behaved at all (totally my moms fault) So they leave a bad taste in my mouth for small white fluffy dogs!

Favorites are the bigger the better – in particular our English Mastiff, also Great Danes, Saint Bernards, Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs. ..I love them for their sweet and gentle nature as a whole and the fact that you wouldn’t expect animals so big to be so sensitive, well behaved, and cuddly. I also love labs because they are all around wonderful, viszlas (sp), weimaraners, most spaniels…The mid to large athletic dogs.

Least favorites are mainly size related: chihuahuas, bichons, yorkies, Jack Russells. ..I suppose that’s due to the ones I’ve met of those breeds and the often frequent contrast in personality from the things I’ve named above that I like.

Favorite: Labs. I have one, and she is very smart and loves people.

Least Favorite: Bulldogs. I find them to be ugly, slobbery, and stubborn.

Favorite – corgis. They’re so cute and derpy with great personalities. They’re a great size without being yappy.

Least – anything too drooly just because they drool a lot. I don’t have a specific least favorite.

Favorite: Basset hounds, and by extension most scent hounds. I love th sweet, easy going basset personality, as well as their independent minds. I love their giant snooty noses, their stocky meat-truck bodies, and their long ears.

Least: Boxers. SO obnoxious to me, and also the stumpy tails.

AOriver:  I have a maltese, and its my favourite breed because she’s my baby, but you’re right… they bark a lot! Mine is almost 6 and when she gets going, I have a hard time getting her to stop!

Least Favourite would be any big dogs, only because I am so allergic to large breed dogs, nothing personal!

I’m partial to the herding dogs. We have a pembroke and a cardigan corgi, but I also love aussies and border collies (too much energy for me though!). I’d be open to a smaller dog like a pom or a papillion some day too.

I don’t agree with “designer” dogs and would never own one unless it was a rescue.
