@bella128:  Sounds weird, but I normally listen to songs that give me happy thoughts/day dreams…even if that means they’re on the slower side! Aside from that, I really like listening to Michael Jackson, Journey, SKy Ferreira, and tons of 80s music 🙂

Lately I’ve been listening to Katy Perry-Roar, Kesha-Timber, Avicci-Wake Me Up, Daft Punk-Get Lucky, Bruno Mars, etc!

haha, mine last night was “Freak” by Silverchair, for when i was doing deadlifts… was my fave band in high school and it makes me laugh cause i get guys in the gym telling me i’m “Freakishly strong for a girl”…:P

But for other stuff i am loving Katy Perry’s new album, any and all Iron Maiden, and No Doubt too 🙂

@bella128:  I’m not sure how you feel about Metallica or Volbeat, but they have some really good songs to workout to

I love good workout songs, I literally can’t work out without feel good music. If I forget my headphones, I’m turning my ass right around to go home lol.

That said, on my little 2 mile run I’ve got this playlist bumping!

Beyonce- ‘Yonce

Pharrell- Happy

Imagine Dragons- It’s Time

Lorde- Royals

Chris Brown- Don’t Wake Me Up

Katy Perry- Roar

This is a majorrrr throwback but Sheila E- The Glamorous Life gets me so excited whenever I hear it I just want to dance and work out!

@bella128:  Right now I’m loving Flower by Moby, the lyrics are great for squat sessions or push up sessions.  Basically when he sings green sally up you raise and green sally down = down then there’s a chorus that you hold the sqaut or press up in.

Bit hard tro explain but if you find it on itunes and  listen you’ll pick it up quickly.  It’s 3 and a half minutes of pain lol
