I would really like to have some little maps printed to put in the welcome bags and available at the ceremony that have directions from the ceremony site to the reception (I guess not everyone uses GPS??) and also make buffet menus to frame and put on the tables at the reception. IF I have time!

FI and I will pick out baby pictures of ages 1-18 years old to put on our 18 tables, IF we have time 🙂

We have some pretty paper straws in the colours of our wedding to provide at the bar, and if we have time, we’ll be printing little paper flags with our names on one side and “Yay!” on the other and affixing them to the straws.  But only if we have time.  Very tedious task!

We have a lot of out of town guests, so if we have time I would like to do out of town bags with maps and a couple muchies and stuff in them.

Make menu cards for the tables, write our flickr page for guest photos on the favors or as a sign to put on the tables, finish decorating the welcome bags (I figure no one will know the difference), buy wedding night lingerie and something blue underwear.

Ugh, too many “if I have time” projects and at this point I’m pretty much out of time. 🙂 Oh well. My list consisted of:

Finish Tardis card box (don’t even care much anymore, will probably borrow my aunt’s)

Make another hang-y ribbon thing

Make a gazillion paper flower or dot garlands to hang on the windows

Pick a song for the bride and groom’s entrance

Escort cards (might still have to do this as suddenly people have decided we absolutely can’t do open seating…sigh)

Pretty display for our guestbook alternative

And I thought I had planned this wedding so well and was all organized and finished so far in advance. Nope. Apparently not. LOL.

@RainStorm:  String lanters, which it sadly looks like there will NOT be time for, because that would have been a fun project. I still kind of want to do it for like my house or something.

Figure out a way to cover up not one, but TWO hideous tile murals at our venue!  Any brilliant ideas on how to hide two very large tile murals?

I think the only thing that is a “would be nice to have” is welcome bags for out of town folks… everything else, we HAVE to get done!!

From another thread…

If I have time, I will ask my mom to make me one of these (because I don’t do DIY):
