Mi chica95110:   Mine is 24k yellow gold band with white gold U top hiding 2 bezel side stones and 1 6 prong round .85 diamond. It was bought 2nd hand from my fiance’s client who’s a jeweler abd store owner. The original jewellers stamps still inside and traced back to late 1930 mid 1940 it’s a I in color, ideal cut, SI2 eye clean and we paid $900 for it

Ok mine is a 14K rose gold ring. I love pink and want a rose gold metal. It a cluster in a cushion/square shape set in white gold. It has a double halo and wide band that tapers closer to the setting. There are also heart cutouts on the side setting. It was about $3200 but we got a deal pretty much 50% off and paid $1600.  Sorry the pictures aren’t that great but are the only ones I have on my work computer.

I have cushion cut halo setting made out of white gold. I love the color of white gold and how it looks on my skin. My ring has double claw prongs and they are absolutely awesome, they look so vintage! My setting has over 200 little vs diamonds and my center stone is an OEC moissanite which I am head over heels for. I love how warm it is and how chunky the faucets are!

Round stone in a 14k white gold setting with tapered baguettes. It’s almost a replica of my grandmother’s ering and I love it. White gold because of the warmth and shine compared to platinum. Can’t wait to pair it with a classic plain band!

chica95110:  My story is pretty easy. I didn’t pick my ring out, but I absolutely love it. It belonged to my nana, it is a beautiful round brilliant with marquise side stones. If I didn’t have this ring I would pick on almost identical to it. I always wanted a round brilliant with pear side stones so it is pretty close. It is yellow AND white gold which wasn’t very common for a ring the age it is. The setting is white gold but the band is yellow. It has 4 prongs. I absolutely LOVE my ring. I recently had it appraised and they estimated the diamond to be between 80-70 years old and the setting to be about 40 years old. I think the history is so neat.

missjz:  Gorgeous ring!! Are you sure it’s a round brilliant? It kind of looks like an antique cut like an OEC or a transitional cut (the cut between OEC and round brilliant).

Totalkaos1983:  I promised I would let you know if I found an example of the “horseshoe” kind of setting. Is this close to yours?

chica95110:  I had the choice of a few heirloom rings but I picked this one! My FIs grandmothers! I love how the smaller stone suits my tiny hands. I love the subtle milgrain detail on the frames holding the little sidestones. And most of all I love the engraving inside. His grandparents initials and their engagement date 1/16/46

msformaldehyde:  I love your ring! How do you not get it caught on everything?

chica95110:  Mine is a CZ e a from Berricle. It is 2.1 carats total. I have a smaller diamond in platinum, but I was not fond of it so FI gave me this for Valentine’s Day. I think the center might be half a carat, I am not sure.

I found this one on Berricle and fell in love. He is having me one made by Moisy Co with a 2 carat stone, so it will be a little over 3 carats. I am not sure when to expect it. Although, from hints he has dropped, I believe I will probably get it a day or two before the wedding, fine with me, I am perfectly happy wearing what I have now. Not so worried about the stone as who it came from. And I am one who would rather have a large fake diamond than a small real one, just me though. As I told my mom once, one good thing about wearing a $60 ring, it is a whole lot easier to replace.

MrsUPS:  Well I have only had it for 2 days so I’m sure it will get caught eventually lol. The claw prongs are super well done and dont stick up at all, so hopefully its not too much of an issue. I also dont wear it sleeping, cleaning ect
