I have to select just three? Hmmm… I may have to cheat and give combinations, haha:

1.  really good, cheesy, seafood pasta alfredo (with jumbo shrimp and jumbo, lump, backfin crabmeat or sea scallops)

2. a really juicy steak with just the right amount of marbling, seared at a very high temperature on the outside and cooked to medium on the inside.

3. Almost anything that is smothered in cheese and bacon. 🙂

I also love artichokes, eggplant, and some other healthy foods, but I can’t knock one of those unhealthy options above off the list to accommodate them in the top three, lol.

Ooo, only three…

1.  BBQ t-bone steak, medium, with yummy seasonings.  Side of baked potatoe and corn on the cob.

2. Roast chicken, potatoes, veggies, and gravy.

3. Tacos.  We eat these almost every two weeks…
