I have a solitaire, but everyone I know who has a three stone usually gets a pave band like this:

I am here to watch, because I have a three stone ring as well..actually like the one Labor posted, but wit Princess cut
I JUST got my wedding band two nights ago, and it's a plain band, no pave, no curve, just a circle. And it's perfect. My e-ring is super sparkly and wonderful, and I didn't feel the need for more sparkle just yet...we are planning to do something like that for a 10 year anniversary, or some such thing. But my three stone has pear shaped side stones, so it has a pretty flat edge for the plain ring to sit against. If they were more round, I might have gone with a shaped band so that they would fit together. I don't have a pic of the wedding band yet, but I'll work on that....here's my e-ring (I hope this works):
I'm going with two channel set bands on either side hopefully lol!! one has alternating canary yellow and white diamonds, the other has plain white diamonds.
Here's a pic of my wedding band from the website...It totally highlights how wonderful and sparkly my e-ring is. And they fit together well. :)
I'm a lot like mrsmdphd. I picked a plain band so that it wouldn't steal the show from my e ring. Eventually I want to get the eternity band that matches my engagement ring, but that's for later and I probably won't wear it all the time.
I also got a comfort fit band which is totatlly worth the extra cost/weight of the ring. I can wear my wedding band alone when I need to and I barely notice it.

I love looking at the ring picture threads. I'm really interested in seeing actual pictures of the bands you lovely bees have chosen to go with your three-stone rings. Post 'em here.
